CSI is among the oldest African-American child welfare agencies in the country celebrating more than a century of service. The services offered are culturally sensitive to children, youth and families.

To strengthen communities by developing and providing creative services and working effectively in collaboration with other providers to protect children and youth, and empower them and their families to realize their fullest potential.
