For more than a decade CSI has offered the west and southwest Philadelphia community residents quality preventive social services. CSI Community Based Services include Truancy Prevention and the West Philadelphia EPIC Stakeholders.  EPIC Stakeholders are community leaders who support school attendance through creative grass root projects.
